Kings Symphony Orchestra — Young Artist Concerto & Aria Competition
Are you a student musician ready to shine? Instrumentalists & vocalists are invited to compete for a $500 cash prize and the chance to be a featured soloist with the Kings Symphony Orchestra at the Historic Hanford Fox Theatre on March 15, 2026.
• Application Deadline: January 15, 2026
• Competition: January 22, 2026 @ 6:30 pm — First Baptist Hanford, 9125 13 ½ Ave, Hanford, CA
Eligibility & Fee
• Instrumentalists & vocalists, ages birth–21
• $20 non-refundable application fee
What to Prepare
• Concerto: memorized movement (≤20 min). Prepare up to 10 minutes with a piano accompanist for the January audition.
• Aria: memorized aria (2–5 min). Piano accompanist required.
• Bring 3 copies of your music for the judges.
